BGA Inspector Standalone Software
BGA & QFN Inspection Made Easy!
The new BGA Inspector is a standalone software tool capable of analyzing images from different radiography systems. The BGA Inspector is unique in its ability to quickly and easily produce the results you need to validate the quality of your BGA assembly.
As Easy as 1-2-3
Follow these 3 easy steps to analyze your BGA or QFN assembly:
Step 1 - Load the image into BGA Inspector (Setup Tab) and click on "Start Ball Analysis". This step will draw boxes around each ball in the image.
Step 2 - Set the limits for pass/fail for the size of each ball using the threshold setting in the "Ball Detection" tab.
Step 3 - Set the limits for pass/fail for the void area in each ball using the sliding bars in the "Void Detection" tab. Once completed, click on "Generate Report" to produce a complete report of the results obtained.
BGA Report Summary
The BGA Report Summary window is located in the lower left corner of the BGA Inspector. The BGA Report Summary gives you immediate results on the balls in the image. Clicking on any of the lines in the report, select the individual ball to be visualized in the "Advanced Visualization" window. Clicking on the balls directly on the X-ray image has the same effect of selecting the ball for advanced visualization.
Advanced Visualization Tools
The "Advance Visualization" toolbar gives you the ability to better understand your BGA or QFN assemblies.
HTML BGA Report
Once the analysis is completed, the user can easily generate a complete report by clicking on "Generate Report". The report is created as a HTML file that can easily be shared on the web. The columns of the report can also be sorted by clicking on the top row in each column. The user can also customize the report by adding or removing columns.
