We are a team of Creatives! It’s part of our culture, so in the spirt of playing to our strength we celebrate (and reward) creativity. Our annual Creative Electron Innovation Challenge is one of our favorite ways of doing just that.

Creativity is among our core values at Creative Electron. We literally hire for it. It would seem foolish, then, not to do everything we can to foster creativity in our operation. The Innovation Challenge is just one of the more overt ways in which we actively encourage Creatives to put their thinking caps, have a little fun, and blow minds with their unique ideas. The event yields suggestions for new products, operational improvements, and so much more.
An important feature of our Innovation Challenge is that it requires that teams be formed across departments. It helps us all develop better appreciation for the contributions of those we might not interact with on a regular basis. It also generates insights between Creatives that might not occur if our teams remained siloed.
It isn’t just hyperbole when we say that culture is key to our success. Ours is collaborative, supportive, and creative, and the results permeate our products as well as our customer experience. Every contributor at Creative Electron embraces our core values. No matter who our clients interact, from sales to service, they’re working with someone with grit, GAS, creativity, and kindness. The Innovation Challenge is one important way that we celebrate and strengthen our team. Sometimes it generates ideas that become part of our product line. It always manages advance our culture. Oh, and we also have a pumpkin carving contest!
