Compact Benchtop X-Ray Inspection for Electronics and Small Parts
The TruView™ Cube is a compact industrial X-ray inspection system built for real-time 2D inspection of small samples when bench space is limited. Its 80 kV variable X-ray source, 6” x 6” flat-panel detector, fully viewable 6” x 6” sample stage, and 16” x 16” x 16” cabinet give laboratories, R&D teams, failure-analysis groups, and quality departments a practical way to inspect internal features without cutting, sectioning, or disassembling the sample.
The Cube is designed for fast manual inspection and immediate visual feedback. Its small footprint makes it well suited for research laboratories, incoming inspection, engineering evaluation, low-volume production, and quality-control environments that need access to X-ray imaging without a larger floor-standing system.
