    SUMMARY
    The main responsibility for the Electronics Assembler is to build Creative Electron x-ray machines from the ground up, adhering to customers specifications and tight deadlines. Following written and verbal instructions, the Electronics Assembler must have the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and complete tasks in a timely manner. All company, state, and federal safety standards must always be followed.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    ● Complete assembly of x-ray systems in timely manner.
    ● Cutting and forming lead sheets following safety protocols.
    ● Use of basic shop tools including miter saws, grinders, cutters benders, drills, and other various hand tools.
    ● Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
    ● Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, extend, or stand. Sometimes for extended periods of time.
    ● Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.
    ● Possess manual dexterity to perform complex tasks.
    ● Ability to read electrical wiring schematics, blueprints, bill of materials, data sheets, and assembly manuals.

    SUMMARY
    Deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. The service technician performs different types of support at the customer’s location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment. Technicians must be able to work face to face with customers on a regular basis, providing training and product support. This is an excellent opportunity to travel.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Provide customer support during field visits and via remote support
    • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
    • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
    • Produce timely and detailed service reports
    • Document processes and training materials
    • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
    • Build positive relationships with customers
    • Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations

    SUMMARY
    Develop new image processing and computer vision algorithms to improve automated analysis of samples. Improve and maintain existing algorithms. Work with customers to understand requirements for specialized algorithms.

    • Practical experience writing applications in Python and C/C++
    • Ability to consistently produce clean, efficient code based on client specifications
    • Ability to integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications

    The Sales Engineer will be finding and working with leads to turn them into Creative Electron customers. They will be on the front lines to increase revenue and profitability for the company.

    • Lead customers through the sales cycle to find the right solution from our offering.
    • Perform demonstrations on our products for the customers both in-person and online.
    • Attend trade shows and other events to develop leads.

    • Coordinate with Applications Engineering team on feasibility studies for custom projects.
    • Work with engineering team as customer representative to develop desired machine.

    SUMMARY
    The Field Applications Engineer will be responsible for working withing the sales department. Creative Electron maintains a high degree of technical expertise in our field.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
    • X-ray Van:
    o Travel 1-2 weeks per month.
    o Perform demonstrations of X-ray equipment inside the X-ray Van at customers’ sites.
    o Properly document each customer visit in CRM.
    o Assist in the follow up with customers from the visits.
    o Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
    o Coordinate with local representatives where applicable.
    • Inside sales:
    o Coordinate with team to schedule demonstrations and meetings.
    o Build up CRM database using online tools.
    o Follow up on demonstrations done in X-ray Van.
    o Follow up with leads generated by company website.
    o Maintain records of contact within CRM.
    • Assist with marketing materials as needed.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
    • Scheduling appointments for upcoming travel.
    • Full, actionable reports from X-ray Van visits.
    • Accurate data entry into CRM.

    SUMMARY
    The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and growing new business for Creative Electron, primarily in the medical device manufacturing industry.

    • Research and grow market share within the medical device industry.
    • Scout and hunt for leads to pass onto the sales team.
    • Work with Sales Engineers to manage current accounts with further potential.
    • Travel to sister sites of established customers to grow business.
    • Coordinate with Applications Engineering team on feasibility studies for custom projects.
    • Work with engineering team as customer representative to develop desired machine.
    • Maintain customer information within CRM, including all activities of contact.

    TRAVEL

    As required to fulfill duties. Roughly 25% of the time.

    • Finding new potential accounts and persons.
    • Establishing relationships at new accounts.
