    SUMMARY

    The service coordinator will work directly with Creative Electron service technicians and provide them with pertinent client information in order to set them up for success. This will include arranging for services and parts, as well as determining mutually agreeable dates of completion for services. You will be expected to build strong relationships with the clients by providing cost estimates for services and parts, following up and handling customer complaints. The Service Coordinator will also work directly with the service technicians by assigning jobs, as well as communicating the client’s needs and expectations as well as staying up to date with inter-department communications.

    • Generate and send quotes to a database of clients.
    • Make follow-up calls and emails of sent estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
    • Make sure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
    • Communicate customers’ needs and concerns to appropriate departments.
    • Coordinate with the service team about on-going customer needs and concerns.
    • Ensure high-quality and consistent customer service.
    • Manage service technician’s schedules, making sure they are aware of which jobs they are being dispatched to and what the job will entail.
    • Completing requested vendor forms accurately and promptly.

Following written and verbal instructions, the Machinist and Fabricator must have the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and complete tasks in a timely manner. All company, state, and federal safety standards must always be followed.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    ● Use of basic shop tools including miter saws, grinders, cutters benders, drills, and other various hand tools.
