    Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
    Department: Manufacturing
    Reports To: VP of Manufacturing

    SUMMARY

    The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible designing standard and custom features used in the manufacturing and assembly of x-ray cabinets. They will develop processes and procedures for assembly and document the necessary features so that it can be successfully built by the Assembly Technicians. Additional to custom designs, their aim will be to improve efficiency through re-design of any current and former products. The Mechanical Engineer will be required to create sub-assemblies where necessary, and full assemblies that combine mechanical, electrical, and self-fabricated components.

    This position also requires close interaction with other departments such as Software and Sales for new product implementation. It will require developing relationships with suppliers for custom and off the shelf products used in manufacturing.

    Creative Electron is a technology-focused manufacturing company built on innovation and flexibility. There is an immediate need for an ambitious Manufacturing Project Management professional for a new role which reports to, and will be mentored by, the VP of Manufacturing.

    This Manufacturing Project Manager drives system builds across multiple departments: Sales, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Service, and Shipping. This role entails significant leadership in technical product and manufacturing system design ranging from architecture, technology development, scheduling, engineering builds, supply chain management, customer communications, and resource allocation. This role will give you the unique opportunity to contribute to the continued development of internal project management and take on a mentoring role to support staff.

Following written and verbal instructions, the Electronics Assembler must have the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and complete tasks in a timely manner. All company, state, and federal safety standards must always be followed.

The service technician performs different types of support at the customer’s location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.
