Industrial X-Ray Inspection and CT for Large Parts
The TruView™ Fusion family is a configurable industrial X-ray inspection platform built for larger parts, complex assemblies, and demanding manufacturing workflows. Fusion systems combine high-resolution digital X-ray imaging with source and detector options, automated motion, inspection recipes, AI-assisted analysis, and reporting. The platform scales from high-magnification 2D inspection to Planar CT and rotational 3D CT inspection, giving manufacturers a flexible path for quality assurance, process development, failure analysis, and advanced nondestructive inspection. Explore our industrial X-ray inspection solutions for additional application options.
Automated X-Ray Inspection for Production and Quality Control
Standard TruView™ Fusion supports samples up to 20” x 20” and magnification beyond 2,000X, making it well suited for detailed inspection of manufactured components and complex assemblies. Automated batch inspection, AI-assisted defect analysis, one-click PDF reporting, and configurable X-ray sources help support repeatable inspection workflows from engineering and R&D through production quality control. TruView™ X-ray inspection software centralizes acquisition, automation, analysis, recipes, and reporting so operators can move from imaging to documented results in a consistent workflow.
Large-Format X-Ray and 3D CT Inspection with a 30 × 40 Inch Stage
TruView™ Fusion XL extends industrial X-ray inspection to oversized boards, assemblies, and components with a 30” x 40” fully viewable sample stage. Independent X-Y motion of the X-ray source and detector provides complete imaging coverage without repeatedly repositioning the sample. With up to 180 kV, Planar CT, rotational 3D CT, automation, and robot or cobot integration, Fusion XL is designed for large-format X-ray and CT workflows that need both inspection area and internal detail. See how industrial 3D CT X-ray inspection can separate overlapping structures and reveal internal features in complex assemblies.
Horizontal X-Ray Inspection for Large, Heavy, and Irregular Components
TruView™ Fusion H uses a horizontal X-ray geometry for components that are difficult to inspect in a conventional vertical cabinet. The configuration is intended for large, heavy, and uniquely shaped parts while retaining the automation, CT acquisition, analysis, and reporting capabilities of the TruView™ platform. Up to 180 kV source options, microfocus and nanofocus focal spots, robot and cobot integration, AI-assisted defect detection, metrology, and automated CT presets make Fusion H a flexible platform for specialized industrial inspection.
