TruCount™

The TruCount™ is an advanced X-ray-based inventory management system, designed for fast and highly accurate electronic component counting. It features a sealed 80 kV X-ray tube, a flat panel detector (FPD) with a 430 x 430 mm inspection area, and an AI-powered counting algorithm ensuring 99.99% accuracy. With a counting speed of under 10 seconds per reel, it supports 7” to 17” tape & reels and can scan up to four 7” reels simultaneously. The system integrates seamlessly with MES, ERP, and WMS platforms for automated inventory tracking. Safety is prioritized with real-time radiation monitoring (<0.5 µSv/h), fingerprint access control, and an anti-pinch auto-door system.
