David PhillipsDave Phillips decided to dedicate his life work to the x-ray market instead of the family screwdriver business. A veteran in the x-ray business with over two decades of experience – which started as an applications engineer and evolved to customer and operations support – Dave is a well-known executive who lead customer service operations at FocalSpot, Nicolet, GenRad, and Teradyne. In these years he’s supported thousands of customers worldwide. Critical to his success is the fact he knows every detail of that machines we sell and support. Unlike the “flat head” world that surrounds him, Phillips is always looking for creative solutions to help our customers.
