X-Ray Component Counter for SMT Reel Inventory
TruCount™ uses X-ray imaging and AI-powered analysis to count electronic components inside tape-and-reel packaging without opening the reels. Designed for SMT inventory control, stockrooms, kitting, and production support, it counts 7-inch to 17-inch reels in under 10 seconds per reel and can process up to four 7-inch reels simultaneously. A 430 × 430 mm flat-panel detector and 80 kV sealed X-ray source support counting components as small as 01005 while helping teams reduce manual counting time and inventory discrepancies.
