To showcase Apple’s latest magic trick, we x-ray scanned the Apple Pencil Pro to reveal the latest additions to this already hi-tech device. Join Robert as we showcase some of these newer features.
0:00 So I’m Robert here at Creative Electron
0:02 in San Marcos California and we’re going
0:05 to be using a true view Prime X-ray
0:07 Inspection machine to look at the new
0:10 2024 Apple pencil
0:20 Pro
0:22 so what we’re looking at here is the
0:26 removable
0:27 nib going to rotate it a little bit
0:31 you can see all the mechanical goodness
0:34 here provides all those fine lines that
0:37 artists love and what the pencil Pro is
0:39 known
0:42 for if we move over a
0:46 bit all right so right here this is
0:49 something new that allows you to squeeze
0:51 the pencil and bring up a menu with a
0:54 bunch of different settings for the new
0:55 pencil which is pretty neat
1:00 and then right
1:02 here these big solid blocks are magnets
1:05 that are used to dock onto the Apple
1:07 iPad Pro so with that you’re able to use
1:12 the conductive charging coil that’s
1:15 built in to be able to charge through
1:17 the iPad Pro which is really cool like
1:19 you saw at the i iPad other iPad video
1:22 the other side of the
1:23 connection that’s near the the landscape
1:27 camera on the on the selfie side
1:31 and so here’s that coil that we were
1:33 talking about see if I can zoom in a bit
1:36 so you can see it a little
1:39 better got more batteries right
1:42 here and then something really cool that
1:44 just got
1:46 added is this little guy right here
1:48 which is a taptic engine that allows you
1:50 to have like a clicking feedback to the
1:54 pencil which is a cool new
1:56 addition and then on top of that
2:01 and then you got your antenna at the end
2:03 and which’s really cool that now they
2:05 added the find my feature to the pencil
2:07 so now you can kind of look up like your
2:09 iPhone like oh where’s my pencil see if
2:11 you left at like a coffee shop or
2:13 something like that which is pretty
2:15 neat none of these batteries are
2:18 replaceable so we just got a fingers
2:21 cross hope that they last for a long
2:24 time uh I don’t believe it’s too easy to
2:27 repair these either uh ask the iPhone
2:29 fix it guys kind of looks like there’s a
2:32 little bit of a danger side to
2:34 dismantling this this pencil thanks for
2:36 watching got any questions let us know
2:39 be happy to help you sweet have a great
2:42 one
